I saw some stinging nettles yesterday on a walk in a fen!

I find it hard not to overdo photos of nettles. I think their shapes are elegant, the way they grow together friendly and regular, the greens of their leaves warm (until they get old and dusty) and the shapes of their leaves lovely.

They have few admirers - but I am one.

These look quite deliciously green, and I especially like how it's all broken up by the two surprise beeches in the upper corner.
